I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy of Science and Technology at Fudan University, China.
My research interests lie primarily in the philosophy of biology, with a focus on evolutionary biology, microbiology, and reproduction. I also work on philosophical questions related to causal explanation and causal selection. At present, my research explores causal explanations of complex biological phenomena, particularly interactions.
In the long term, I aim to concentrate on the philosophy of microbiology, addressing issues such as causal explanations in microbial systems and conceptual questions within microbiology—for example, concepts like homeostasis and dysbiosis.
