Pau is a biologist currently pursuing an MSc in Brain and Cognition at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. His primary interests lie in nonhuman animal emotion and cognition, and in how these compare to those of humans. He is strongly engaged with philosophical and methodological questions in comparative cognition. At the same time, he is deeply committed to animal welfare, ethical research practices, and science communication.
